Provide leadership, IT staff, and key decision-makers with a collaborative, discussion-based environment to prepare for cyber incidents before they happen. Through realistic, organization-specific scenarios, participants work together to evaluate decision-making, clarify roles and responsibilities, identify communication gaps, and strengthen their incident response capabilities in a safe, no-fault setting.
Each workshop is customized to reflect your organization's operations, risks, and priorities, and may address topics such as ransomware, business email compromise, data breaches, insider threats, disaster recovery, and incident response.
Participants leave with practical recommendations, improved cross-functional coordination, increased confidence in responding to cyber incidents, and a stronger foundation for future cybersecurity planning, tabletop exercises, and resilience initiatives.

Following participation in Cybersecurity Awareness & Readiness Workshop, organizations have the opportunity to build on what they have learned through additional cybersecurity readiness services.
These services include:
- Table-top exercises (TTXs) that test cybersecurity plans and procedures in simulated scenarios.
- Cybersecurity assessments conducted by University of Montana College of Business advanced cybersecurity students as part of their spring semester capstone projects.
These services help public institutions strengthen their cybersecurity readiness by reviewing, implementing, and testing cybersecurity policies while providing experiential learning opportunities for Montana's cybersecurity students.
